Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.

A bit About Me

Hi, I’m Silvia. I’m originally from Slovakia and now living in London, building a fitness community for women who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident without the pressure of a gym.

I spent 13 years working for the Metropolitan Police, finishing as a coroner’s officer, and now work full-time in the NHS. I’ve always been into fitness and started teaching rebounding (mini-trampoline) classes while still working full time. Seeing how lack of movement affects long-term health made me even more committed to looking after my own body — and helping other women do the same. I don’t want to reach my later years feeling weak or dependent, and strength training has transformed how I feel, move and cope with daily life.

I love chocolate, I get stressed, and I know motivation isn’t always easy. That’s why my classes are realistic, supportive and designed for real women with real lives. No judgement, no pressure — just progress, confidence and a friendly community.

I teach both online and in East London (Isle of Dogs, near Canary Wharf), creating a welcoming space where women can build strength, feel good in their bodies and enjoy moving again. My focus is simple workouts, clear instructions and helping you feel proud of what your body can do.

If you attend my in-person classes, you’ll probably meet Buoy — the golden retriever with a personality bigger than his paws. We met at the centre, built a little bond, and now he’s part of my life and our community. He’s not officially mine, but we do spend a lot of time together, and he'll greet all the attendees with me. He expects strokes and attention - like a furry little celebrity he is. 

I’m always improving my knowledge through studying and new qualifications so I can bring the best to my community. Whatever I learn, I share. There’s always something new coming — including my MenoFit coaching qualification soon.

Step & Tone - in person and live online

Upper Body & Core (On Demand)

Get ready to transform your upper body and core. This comprehensive workout targets your biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and core, helping you build strength and definition in these key areas. 

This class is part of my On-Demand Library, so you can train anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.

Lower Body (On Demand)

Incorporating resistance bands into your workout routine can help you sculpt and tone your booty and legs effectively. With consistency, you'll notice positive changes in both the shape of your body and your overall performance. Keep up the good work. 

This class is part of my On-Demand Library, so you can train anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.

A dynamic full-body workout combining step aerobics with strength training. Using a stepper and weights, this class blends cardio and toning for a fun, high-energy session that boosts fitness and muscle definition.

Body Lab (In-Person, Live Online + On Demand)

BodyLab is a full-body circuit workout that mixes strength, cardio, and functional moves for a total body boost.
Each session is different — we combine dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight exercises to tone muscles, lift your heart rate, and improve stamina.
You’ll work at your own pace in a friendly, supportive group — no pressure, just progress every week.
