Where are your in-person fitness classes held?
All my in-person classes take place in the Isle of Dogs / Canary Wharf area (East London). Exact location and timetable, please visit Book Online & Studio classes page.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and wear comfortable workout clothing.
All other equipment is provided for you in class.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a car park.
Please be aware that the car park is shared with the rest of the venue, so during events spaces may be limited.
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can beginners join your classes?
Absolutely — any fitness level can join.
All classes include beginner options, low-impact variations and easy progressions.
Do you offer online classes?
Yes. I teach BodyLab and Step & Tone live online every week via Zoom.
BodyLab is recorded, and all recordings plus more are available for Online Fit Club members.
What is the Online Fit Club membership?
Online Fit Club is only £18/month, cancel anytime.
It includes:

If you usually pay £5 per class, this is the most cost-effective option.
How do I book a class?
You can book in-person or online classes directly through my website.
All classes are pay-as-you-go unless you are an Online Fit Club member.
Do you offer class bundles or passes?
Yes. I offer discounts when you book 6 or 10 classes in one purchase.
These bundles give you a lower price per class and are valid for a set number of days.

What is BodyLab?
BodyLab is a circuit-style class focused on building muscle, toning your body and improving strength for everyday life.
What’s included in the Online Fit Club membership?
It gives you access to all BodyLab recordings, plus additional access to past Upper Body & Core and Lower Body classes, full-body toning sessions, monthly short workouts and new mini programmes added regularly. You also get both of my live online classes each week.
I’m in perimenopause — are your classes suitable?
Yes! My sessions include strength training, mobility and low-impact options — ideal for women in perimenopause or anyone wanting to protect their joints, muscles and overall health.
Do you offer nutritional advice?
I am still completing my Level 3 PT & Level 4 nutrition qualification, so I cannot offer personalised nutritional quidance yet. However, I share general healthy habits, tips and guidance.
I can’t attend every week, is that a problem?
Not at all. All classes are pay-as-you-go, and Online Fit Club members can catch up with recordings anytime.

Are your classes suitable for complete beginners?
Yes — many women join my classes having never exercised before.
My sessions are friendly, supportive and designed to meet you where you are.
Is the group friendly? I’m nervous to join alone.
