Cancellation Policy

Booking, Attendance & Cancellation Policy • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance • Your space is confirmed once payment has been received. • Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Transfers & Rescheduling • In-person classes: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before class starts. • Live online classes: You may reschedule your class up to 12 hours before class starts. • Transfers must be made via your account under “My Bookings” → “Manage”, where you can choose to reschedule or cancel. Missed Transfers & Required Cancellations • If you are within the 24-hour (in-person) or 12-hour (online) window and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking via your account. This helps us open your space to someone else. • Please note that bookings cancelled are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrival & Resale Policy • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to a class without informing us at least 15 minutes before the start time, we may cancel your booking and offer your space to someone else. • No refund or credit will be provided in this case. • This policy ensures the class starts smoothly and respects the time of all participants. Pay-As-You-Go Clients • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable within the 24/12 hour cut-off period. • The client must reschedule within the allowed time. Instructor Cancellations • If SilviaK cancels a class, a rescheduled session or a refund will be offered for pay-as-you-go clients. By booking a class, you agree to these Booking & Cancellation Policies.
