Beginner-Friendly Fitness Classes for Women – Online or in Isle of Dogs

If you’re new to exercise and don’t know where to start, you’re in the right place. My classes are designed for women who want to feel better, move more, and build confidence — without needing a gym membership or fancy equipment.




Whether you join us online from home or in person at Isle of Dogs (E14), you’ll get fun, easy-to-follow workouts that focus on toning, cardio, and boosting your mood.


You don’t need experience — just a mat, comfy clothes, and maybe a pair of dumbbells or resistance bands and a stepper.


Weekly classes include:


  • Upper Body & Core (Mondays)

  • Glutes & Lower Body (Thursdays)

  • Step & Tone Full Body (Saturdays)



No pressure, no long-term commitment — just movement that feels good and fits into your life.
