Start your day feeling stronger, more energised and ready for whatever the day brings. Morning Strength Club is a simple but effective 30-minute strength workout you can do from home. Each session includes a short mobility warm-up, a focused strength workout and a quick cool down. Workouts run live Monday to Friday and focus on building strength, improving muscle tone and supporting healthy ageing. You can join live from home or catch the replay inside the Online Fit Club. Perfect for women who want a quick, effective strength session without spending hours exercising. Equipment used may include dumbbells, resistance bands, a stepper or simply bodyweight. Alternatives are always given. Suitable for all fitness levels.
