Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Lower body
Tuesday and Thursday: Upper body
You can follow all 5 sessions each week, or choose the structure that suits your schedule.
Training 3 days a week? Aim for 2 lower body sessions and 1 upper body.
Training 4 days a week? Aim for 2 lower body and 2 upper body sessions.
Pick your workout, press play, and train when it suits you.
Replay sessions as often as you like.
