We’ve officially completed our first 6 weeks of Step & Tone fitness class, and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone who’s shown up, sweated, smiled, and smashed it! Whether you’re joining me in person in Isle of Dogs or live online from home, your energy has been amazing—and it’s only the beginning.

What is Step & Tone?
This class is a fun mix of step aerobics and full-body toning using weights (dumbells or barbell can be used). It’s perfect for women who want to:
