For most products purchased online, you have the right to change your mind and notify SilviaK Fitness that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying SilviaK Fitness of your cancellation, the product must be returned within 14 days. Please contact SilviaK Fitness before returning any product so that return instructions can be provided.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage. Products should be handled with reasonable care. A deduction may be made from your refund if the value of the product has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact SilviaK Fitness before returning it. You may be asked to provide photographs so the issue can be assessed. An appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
