Your weekly lower-body class designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and help you feel stronger and more supported through the hips and legs. Each week, we vary the exercises, tempo, and equipment to keep training effective and engaging, while staying focused on the glutes and legs. The pace is controlled, and options are always given, so you can work at a level that feels right for you. Perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you join in person in Isle of Dogs, East London or live online, you’ll leave feeling confident, worked, and strong — without feeling exhausted.
