Keep Going: A Fitness Reminder We All Need

There’s a quote that always inspires me: “If the girl I was 5 years ago could see me right now, she’d be so proud.” It’s a powerful reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built step by step, workout by workout.



In this post (and video), I share a glimpse from my Step & Tone class in East London, where we combine cardio, strength, and community to help women feel stronger and more confident. Whether you’re in Canary Wharf, the Isle of Dogs, or joining online, my classes are all about making fitness enjoyable and sustainable.

I’m Silvia, a certified fitness instructor based in East London with over 7 years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for helping women enjoy exercise. I run community fitness classes on the Isle of Dogs, near Canary Wharf, including Step & Tone, upper body & core, lower body toning, and rebounding workouts.


My mission is simple: to create fun, supportive, and pay-as-you-go classes where women can build strength, boost confidence, and feel proud of their progress. Whether you join me in person in East London or online through my Fit Club membership, I’ll help you discover that fitness can be effective, motivating, and empowering.
